Title

Childcare Apprentice Level 2 NVQ

Location

Halesowen

Description

Situated in the lovely setting of Howley Grange School, the Kindergarten excels in providing high quality childcare to all students.
We offer a different approach and do our utmost to prepare children for the future ahead by teaching pencil control/mark making, encouraging literacy by looking at books and other printed materials, phonics and even offer French and leaps and bounds sessions led by external teachers to ensure every child has the very best start in education.

The main, very important things that make us special are …..

1 - We are all about caring for children and understanding what makes them tick. We aim to keep them safe, whilst at the same time, educating them, so those important next steps into school and life beyond are made as natural and as easy as can be.

2 - We want to make each day special for our children. Every day with us is different. Children play, sing, dance, paint, read and lots more. They climb and run about outside, but they can also take time out, to rest, to relax and when they feel like it, just simply dream.

3 - Our staff tend to stay with us because we care about them also. The majority of our practitioners are qualified and those who aren’t are heading towards a childcare qualification – we are very choosy about who comes into our Kindergarten, all of our staff are first aid qualified.
