Childcare Apprentice Level 2 NVQ

Probably the biggest outdoor space in Droitwich!

The team at First Quest will plan and organise activities that will stimulate and encourage children to explore the environment to enrich their enquiring minds. We plan for each individual child according to their individual needs using the next steps in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Activities are age appropriate and designed to stretch the individual child to reach their potential and go beyond expectations.
We encourage families to send in any information regarding their child that will help us to get to know them better, this in turn will also help us to provide activities that will interest their child.

We have a wonderful outside play space with a woodland area and outside classroom, where the children love to have hot chocolate and marshmallows. We have two rabbits called Flopsy and Cottontail, and the children enjoy taking them tasty carrots and watching them play in the outside rabbit run. The children also love to spend time in the vegetable patch in the garden, they dig the raised beds and plant vegetables that we pick and make into crumbles, soups and yummy snacks!

An area has been fenced off and covered with rubber matting so that the children can free flow safely between the conservatory and the outside. The children are encouraged to choose where they want to be and take their activities and learning into the environment they choose.
